Haida M7 Drop-in Nano-coating ND3.0 (1000x) Filter is made of the highest quality optical glass, coated on both sides with multilayer Nano coatings, reducing reflections, resistant to water and scratches. Through the new production process, Haida filters have been completely free of dust and are completely neutral. The double-sided Nano coating makes the glass exceptionally resistant to dirt and scratches. Water is rolling over the surface, and cleaning is very easy and fast.

Neutral density filters (also known as NDs) produce a grey neutral tone and are used to reduce light, enabling more control over exposure and depth of field without affecting colour or contrast. They are especially useful in bright light conditions to avoid overexposure. Since ND filters uniformly reduce light at all wavelengths, there is no effect of the colour rendition.

An invaluable advantage of all Drop In filters in the new Haida M7 system is that the filters can be very easily assembled and replaced in a few seconds. You do not need to screw in filters, just put them into the holder or remove them in one move to change the filter.
