- To place an order no registration is required.
- For each contract, the customer receives a purchase document in the form of fiscal receipt or invoice (please indicate this in the contract and provide the company data with VAT Reg. No.).

24-48h -Shipment within 1-2 business days- Product temporary not available - item temporary not available (we expect the delivery soon)
On order - item can imported on request
Discontinued - item discontinued, usually not manufactured

- InPost - parcel lockers: 10 PLN (orders above PLN 400 free shipping), paid on delivery: 16 PLN
- InPost courier: 15 PLN (orders above PLN 400 free shipping), paid on delivery: 20 PLN
- to European Union:
- Polish Post (registered priority mail): 30 PLN
- UPS / FedEx / DHL courier: 80 PLN
- to Worldwide:
- Polish Post (registered priority mail): 30 PLN
- UPS / FedEx / DHL courier: 120 PLN
