  • All products are covered by a 24-month warranty realized via an online store Photo4B. The basis of the guarantee is a proof of purchase.


  • If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
  • You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail sent to the following address:

  • The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer came into possession of the item.
  • The cost of returning items is borne by the consumer.
  • In the event of withdrawal from this contract, the Seller is obliged to return to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery.
  • The Seller is not obliged to refund additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Seller.
  • The Seller shall return the payments referred to above immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.
  • The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Consumer shall not bear any fees in connection with this return.
  • The seller has the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of the item or until receipt of proof of sending it back, whichever occurs first.


  • The seller is liable under the warranty for a physical defect of the goods if it is found within two years of the goods being delivered to the customer.
  • If the item sold has a defect, the Customer may submit a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless the Seller immediately to the Customer replaces the defective item with a non-defective item or removes the defect. This limitation does not apply if the item has already been replaced or repaired by the Seller or the Seller failed to satisfy the obligation to exchange the item for a non-defective one or to remove the defect.
